Concept Design for Realistic Drone Model That I've Been Thinking About for Some Time, Taking Inspiration from the Look of Drones Today But With a Few Modern Twists to Make It Both Sleek and Easy to Build/Repair. I wanted this design to feel both simple and grounded, yet still convey the potential of futuristic tech. The model itself is comprised of two primary sections: the front and back. Both have hinged extensions that support the propellers, giving the drone a streamlined appearance when in flight mode. For storage, however, the parts can retract into their bases, showcasing a more compact form factor. Notably, I've opted for a design language that moves away from bulky features often found on futuristic concepts. Instead, this model aims to achieve elegance through its straightforward build, with clear visual cues indicating each component's function. This makes it highly feasible and enjoyable to work with. Rigged 3D Model: I've shared the 3D file in two formats - OBJ for more flexibility when you need finer control over modeling specifics, and FBX for seamless importing into a wider variety of tools.
