I designed this larger version of the Volkswagen Golf 4 middle sun visor because the standard one is too small to effectively block out the sun. Like the original, the replacement consists of two components: a mounting plate and a folding screen. Both parts should be printed with support. I recommend printing the mounting plate upright as shown in the STL visualization (using a brim or raft). This will make the clip holding the screen stronger. Note that the width of the screen is 275mm... Various angles are included to help if you're having trouble viewing the model using "Thingiview". I believe the original OEM part number is 3B0858555, and it should also replace the visor in Passat, Bora, Polo models with a production year around 2000.
