My MiniChamp sports a ball pen on one side, limiting it to holding either tweezers or a toothpick at any given time. This replacement scale can hold both tweezers and a toothpick simultaneously, making room for an additional micro SD card while keeping the pen intact on the other side. The entire source code, including FreeCAD files, is readily available on GitHub.
