Extended Hold-downs for Rostock bed

Because of how I've set up my heated bed and glass on my homemade Rostock delta, I needed the hold-downs that go with the FSR mounts to be a bit taller and longer. Although still rough due to ongoing tuning, they work perfectly fine for now. To accommodate some play and thermal expansion, I placed a square of high-temperature silicone rubber from a "make your own gasket" kit under the end of each one, ensuring they won't melt.
