This is a modified face shield that has been extended to allow for loupes with a light to be used without interference. It is based on the 3DVerkstan face shield (https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/), and uses the same 6-hole pattern made with a standard 3-hole punch. There is still a thin layer of plastic at the front of the face shield that acts as a drip shield.
