Extended control dial for MonoPrice Select Mini/Malyan M200

This is an adaptation of the Better Dial found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1677768. To enhance its appearance, I modified it for use with the original dial, giving it a sleeker look. Despite this modification, it still protrudes enough to allow users to grasp it firmly and exercise more control over the dial's movement. Additionally, it can be spun on the face of the dial as before. The original dial attaches securely without requiring glue. For optimal visual effect, I printed it using clear PLA filament with 10% infill, which creates a pleasing glow from the blue LED lights embedded within. Update: To minimize the likelihood of the bottom hole becoming obstructed, I reduced its depth.
