Wall mount for Extech TL809 Test Lead Kit. Attach to wall or shelf with flat head screws. Print Settings Printer: Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 layer height Infill: 15% How I Designed This Imported my previous lead holder design (from my Extech 330 meter holder project) from 123D Design into Fusion 360. Created the "sidecar" clip holder and attached it to previous design via the arch bridge. Sliced in Simplify 3D, printed at 60mm/sec on my Sindoh 3Dwox using PLA. Notes Nozzle and Extrusion width = 0.4mm Top Layers = 3 Bottom Layers = 5 (solid bottom) Wall Thickness = 1.6mm Inner Walls = 2 Outer Walls = 2 PLA Print "standing up" in normal use orientation. I did not use any supports, but slight quality challenges appeared at the top of the knockout circles and one strand of plastic hung under the arch from bridging, leaving a small inconsequential void as shown in the photo. You may want to add a custom support under the arch to avoid this issue. I chose 5 layers for my bottom, resulting in no infill. Using 2 outer and 2 inner walls at 0.4mm each gave me solid walls at 1.6mm with no infill. I printed this at 60mm/sec on my Sindoh 3Dwox instead of the suggested 40mm/sec default and did not see any adverse effects. The slight layer shifting is more noticeable in photos than in real life, but my bed screws were a little loose, which caused this issue.
