Exquisite Cyborg

For this exquisite cyborg, I was inspired by combining multiple geometric elements into one full composition. First, I input shoes onto a robot that was the initial figure for my cyborg. Originally, I tried to print a skeleton mask to go over the robot, but it printed too small. In order to switch things around, I decided to balance the robot upside down, and take more of a sculptural approach with a triangular base. Although this is not what I initially intended, I think the three different shaped elements contribute to the idea of the exquisite cyborg, which is built with contrasting elements by overtime. Overall, I am happy with how it turned out because it reminds me of Keith Haring and his work. I especially like the way I decided to place the little upside down robot figure. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4441076 presented a thumb screw to replace the wing nut on the front-left corner of the BIBO bed. It is too wide for the other two positions. I have created a smaller version to fit the right-front corner and the back-center. A M3-.50 nut is required.
