This model will enable rapid exposure calibration on a DLP printer in a single print. It is necessary that 0.05mm layer heights are used, and the G-code should be written so that exposure times decrease for the last 20 layers. When finished, a filled-in square will indicate an exposure time sufficient to cure a resin layer. My G-code to achieve variation in exposure times can be found in the .txt file included. Copy and paste it into the preslice G-code window in Creation Workshop. If you use this G-code, you must set your exposure time in the options tab of the slicing profile to 0 milliseconds. The key line of code is: {($CURSLICE >= 20)?{($CURSLICE < 140)?;<Delay> 10000:;<Delay> %d(10000 - 330 * ($CURSLICE - 139))}:} Interpretation: If the current layer is greater than 20, then check if the current layer is less than 140. If yes, cure for 10 seconds; otherwise, cure for (10,000 - 330) milliseconds and decrease cure times by 330 milliseconds every subsequent layer.
