Exposure Adapter for Specialized Saddle
prusaprinters

This is an adapter to mount the Exposure rear light on a Specialized saddle using the SWAT™ brass mounts.

It keeps the light higher than mounting on the seatpost and is probable more aerodynamic. I mounted it on a Specialized Power Pro saddle.

I suggest printing in Polycarbonate or Nylon. I have tried Taulman Alloy 910 Nylon and Prusament PC Blend.

I suggest print with with 4 perimeters and 70% infill for strength.

Additional parts required:

Blue Loctite thread lock.

2x stainless steel M5 x 12 pan head hex bolts.

I tried it with PC Blend Carbon Fibre but it was very stiff making it hard to clip / unclip the light. The Taulman Alloy 910 Nylon is more flexible and PC Blend is in between.

I have provided the gcode for PC Blend.
