I contributed to this challenge by adhering to the initial specifications. The board is slightly shorter but retains adequate buoyancy. Initially, I used honeycomb for the core, but struggled with weight constraints. Therefore, a hollow shell will be filled with polyurethane foam. The PE shell weighs 10.2 kg (22.5 lbs), and when filled with foam, the total weight is approximately 11.2 kg (24.7 lbs).
