Exponential horn generator

This is an exponential horn library for OpenSCAD. I created it to amplify sound from my son's watch alarm (fittings available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2500204). You can utilize this library in your projects or simply generate horns with the demo Customizer provided. To generate a horn programmatically, execute `use <horn.scad>;` and invoke `horn()`. Additionally, you will need my [tubemesh](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2406760) library (it's bundled in the demo). There are numerous optional arguments: * Set `length=x` to specify the length of the horn, from mouth to throat. * Define `throat=[w,h]` to determine the width and height of the throat (narrow end). * Define `mouth=[w,h]` to set the width and height of the mouth (wide end). * Use `wallThickness=x` to specify the thickness of walls. * Use `numSections=n` to select the number of strips to employ (more is slower but provides better quality). * Set `rectangular=b` to false to generate a round or elliptical horn (very slow); default is true. * Define `flangeLength=x` to set the length of the flange around the mouth, for mounting the mouth into something; set to 0 to omit the flange. * Use `flangeFlare=x` to determine how far the flange flares out.
