The Larson Electronics EPS-3P-30A-SPST is an explosion-proof three-phase starter switch rated for 30 amps at 250V and 20 amps at 600V, ideal for use in hazardous locations classified as Class I Division 1 & 2 or Class II Division 1. Constructed of cast copper-free aluminum for durability, it features a 1/2" or 3/4" NPT tapped conduit opening on the top for easy connection to main power lines. The switch is designed with an explosion-proof labyrinth switch to contain all arcing devices and does not require external sealing fittings. It also comes with two external mounting lugs for secure wall or flat surface mounting, and a bushing seal at each conductor opening to protect wiring insulation. Suggested applications include manufacturing, industrial settings, warehouses, lighting installations in wet areas, and locations where combustible dust is present.
