The Larson Electronics EPL-PT-150LED-RT Pole Top Slip Fitter LED light fixture is an energy efficient and powerful alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. This Class 1 Division 1 & 2, Class 2 Division 1 & 2 pole top slip fit mount explosion proof light fixture produces 13,000 lumens of high quality light while drawing only 150 watts. The copper free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance, with a heat dissipating design that contributes to the LED's 60,000-hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. The lightweight and low profile design makes it an attractive alternative to larger, heavier older fixtures, requiring less hardware for installation. The fixture features an adjustable swivel bracket constructed of 3/8" aluminum that allows 270° of adjustment and is attached to a slip fit yoke for easy installation on custom pole sizes. Wiring is terminated in a junction box with a 3/4" threaded hub, allowing operators to run rigid pipe or flexible conduit to the junction box. Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. The LED lamp produces accurate colors and details with a color temperature of 6000K and a color rendering index of 70. It is universal voltage capable, operating with 100-277 VAC, 50/60Hz, and has an IP67 rating for dust-proofing and protection against high pressure jets and temporary submersion.
