The EXPCMR-ALG-1080P-IC-1227 is an explosion proof high definition analog camera from Larson Electronics designed for remote observation in hazardous locations. It comes with fixed lens configurations and produces images up to 1080p resolution. The portable camera allows operators to view visual process data from a centralized control room using just one cable for signal and power. The explosion proof camera features an infrared LED array for low light and nighttime visibility, automatic IR mode switching at preset lux levels, and a True day/night infrared cutoff filter for crisp images. It has 1 lux sensitivity, a 2-wire transmitter, a polished stainless steel mounting bracket, and a built-in color CCD camera with a 1/3" CCD sensor. The lens features a viewing angle between 28° and 60° and a minimum lens to object distance of 3.15 inches. Link-up is achieved via a customer provided 5-conductor cable, and the unit operates on universal voltage 120/240V AC 50/60 Hz. The camera is typically mounted to flat surfaces using an adjustable flat surface bracket or accessory pole mounts and magnetic mounts. Applications include vessel, tank, and reactor monitoring, remote observation of external facilities, and monitoring of cleaning, spray patterns, mixing, foaming, reaction, and level.
