New Top and Bottom Case: EB_case_top_new_m.stl EB_case_bottom_new_m.stl USB opening has been slightly modified. The unnecessary power button has been removed, and interlocking extrusion has been added. The original top/bottom case cannot be mixed with the new one. The locking latch is a tight fit. You may close/open it several times before assembly to make it easy to open when everything is together. Even sanding it down or using a fine file to remove some material can help. This new case will fit a maximum of 50x45x11mm LiPo batteries. I have a 3000mAh battery (SD 104255 26000mAh) that will work. Even four AAA Alkaline batteries will fit, and I'll make a holder for four AAA if I get the time and motivation to do it. Three batteries are needed to power the EB, and the fourth is available as a spare for the MT pump. It's better to print the top_no_switch.stl, rather than the top.stl with the switch. The switch is not being used; only the JST battery connector is being used. Rotate the top case 180 degrees around the Y axis.
