Experimental Vase

These vases are produced using the "spiral outer contour mode" in Cura. The red vase is printed at a scale of 200%, resulting in a height of 506.5mm. Its massive size caused the plastic to become overly heavy, leading to noticeable warping issues. A 0.5mm nozzle was used for this print, but ideally, a 0.8mm nozzle would have been more suitable. The print time came in just under 24 hours. The gold PLA vase is printed at a standard scale of 100%, giving it a height of 253.25mm. This one turned out perfectly, with no issues to report.
