This belted variant of Jonas Kuehling's Greg Wade extruder is designed for Buddaschnozzle and utilizes the Lulzbot Taz 3 Extruder as a base. It incorporates the extruder latch and idler tube filament guide, though these sections are not original designs. The updated tensioner and main body reinforce the motor mount to reduce flex. To assemble, print all parts and remove support components; you'll need a 65T plastic GT2 pulley with 8mm bore, flanges, and set-screw; three 36T aluminum GT2 pulleys with 5mm bore, flanges, and set-screws; a 2mm pitch, 200T, 400mm length, 6mm-wide, fiberglass-reinforced, closed-loop GT2 belt (such as Gates GT2 2mr-88-5 or 2mr-88-3); one Hobbed Bolt with washers and nuts; three 608 bearings; two M4 x 55 cap screws; two tension springs suitable for a standard Wades extruder; an M8 idler bearing shaft (standard Wade extruder length); four M3 SHCS for stepper mount, along with washers for spring placement; hot end mounting bolts; an M3 x 12 cap screw; and an M3 heat set plastic insert for the tensioner, plus an M3 thumb screw cap for the M3 cap screw. Assemble per standard Wade extruder instructions, placing the tensioner behind the motor mount plate between the motor and main bracket, then tighten motor bolts fully to lock it in place.
