This is a prototype designed to preclude the use of triangular keys in lockout/tag-out procedures. However, due to the inherent flexibility of ABS plastics, this tool cannot be relied upon as a primary means of prevention. Nevertheless, it can be utilized to secure a sign in place, thereby preventing accidental misuse of the triangular key.
