This is a custom-made expansion tank designed for a friend's nitro-powered rc crawler. The tank allows his boat engine with water cooling to be used. A slot on one side makes it easy to insert a pump - the same type used in this project: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191797119322. Printer Settings Printer: Geeetech i3 ProB Rafts: They didn't matter. Supports: No support was needed. Resolution: The resolution was 0.25mm. Infill: Infill density was set to 100%. Notes: This project was printed in PLA because the water temperature doesn't exceed 50-55 degrees celsius. Design Process Designed using SketchUp Pro 2015, controlled with Solid Inspector2 and exported to STL.
