This is a screenshot capture of a Star Helix pistol from S1-3 of the Expanse, broken down into 9 parts to make painting and assembly easy. Photos show my initial sizing and test build. The photo shows the print in its raw state - no sanding, resin, or filler applied, except for removing support material. I printed all parts with "Support on build plate only" and gave them a quick single coat of spraypaint. For the black parts, I used cheap generic flat black, while the tan parts got Rustoleum's "Satin Fossil".
