Expanse Backpack Panel,Handles,Hoses
thingiverse
This is the main interface for an Expanse "O2 Backpack" control system. Decals, additional components, side grips, and a top-mounted hose cover will be added soon. The v8 design specifically caters to the use of the "TFT FeatherWing - 2.4" 320x240 Touchscreen For All Feathers" display from Adafruit: https://www.adafruit.com/product/3315 The Arduino code for this project is hosted on GitHub at: https://github.com/mperino/ExpanseAirTank As the air supply decreases, the display bars gradually count down over time and change color - starting with cyan, then yellow, and finally red. R4 (and later revisions) include scaling to match the correct dimensions. The adapter is designed to be attached between the backpack and control panel. Currently, users need to draw the adapter's profile onto the backpack and cut it out so that the adapter can be securely fastened in place. Additional features have been added, including vinyl cutter-compatible .svg stickers, side grips for easier handling, and a top-mounted hose cover for improved airflow management.
