When installing my PSU on my new printer, I made a crucial mistake using screws that were ever so slightly too long and managed to drive one straight into one of the capacitors, causing a puff of magic smoke to escape when I turned it on.\r\n\r\nFollowing the capacitor replacement, I discovered that the new unit was just a tad taller than its predecessor, prompting me to design this custom top plate for my PSU, ensuring it had sufficient clearance from the top.
