Expandable Tape Cassette Rack
thingiverse
I've been gradually getting back into "physical audio" - my term for Vinyl and Tape-Cassette, what many would call "retro" (it isn't retro for me, it's how I used to have music before digital became a thing ;)). One thing I haven't had is a way to store my growing DIY tape collection so I designed this solution. There are two main parts: the Base and the Extension. The Base holds five cassettes high while Extensions come in one, two, three, four or five cassettes high, letting you make full use of your space. The Extensions are made to be glued to the layer below. The Base has positions on the bottom for six-millimeter rubber feet to be attached. As such, you'll need to print the Base and then any number and combination of the Extensions that you require for the size you want. Also provided is a test piece that you can use to check if your machine will print to the right tolerances.
