Expandable Headset stand (ikea bekant fit)
prusaprinters

I needed a multi Headset stand but i didn't want to drill holes in my concrete wall for 2 wall mounts nor did i want 2 stands/holders cluttering my desk. So i made this somewhat simple design after browsing i believe thingiverse, and getting some inspiration from a similar design.

This is designed for my IKEA Bekant desk that is 17mm thick.

I funnily enough only had prusament PC-Blend on hand that was the right color.

Print instructions

For printing this with prusament PC-Blend all I really had to do was set the printer in a room with a temp at 33c. And then just make sure to use the textured pei sheet with the included gluestick.

I highly suggest to not use prusaslicer due to how bad the generated support is for models like this. Instead I recommend just using the cura slicer with their tree support, that is what worked the best for me.

I can also include the fusion360 file if needed.
