Exoslide Hemera Mount w/ BLTouch
thingiverse
This is an E3D Hemera mount, inspired by Joe Casha's original design for the Ender, Tevo, and other similar printers. The Hemera mount proves to be a very solid and reliable option, requiring minimal effort to assemble. With version 5, the BLTouch mount becomes even more rigid and positioned lower, resulting in approximately -2.3mm offset for the print nozzle. Printed with 50% infill and five wall layers, the mount holds up well; however, thinner walls and lower infill settings would likely also produce satisfactory results. The goal was to ensure the mount's stiffness. Supports were enabled during printing of the Hemera mounts. Depending on your specific printer, you may not require them. When printing in PETG, make sure to set an adequate relief from the side walls. To assemble this model, you will need: Three 5mm M3 Button Head Screws Four 10-12mm M4 Button Head Screws Three Square M3 Nuts (come standard with Hemera) EZABL Mount This mount was added based on user request. Your feedback is greatly appreciated to help improve the model if necessary. Thanks
