This is just one piece of a larger exoskeleton project. You can find the main project and all files, including this one, and an assembly manual here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1532027 This is the lower leg support that transmits motor motion to the leg from the knee down. If you want to customize it, you should be able to copy this design and edit as needed in Tinkercad at https://www.tinkercad.com/search/?q=Bot_Legs. Printer Settings: Printer: K8200 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I print mesh type parts with 100% infill and think the results come out better. Post-Printing: Just clean up any leftover strings, etc. Custom Section: Printed in Bridge Nylon - strong, slightly flexible with excellent interlayer bonding. All metal hot end (E3D v6) upgrade was required on my printer to print Nylons. Also, a machined screw Z-Axis upgrade improved the quality of finished parts.
