I tried to match the scale and size of the original design but added better support in the front and back to brace the arms, as well as making the main body a little thicker. Frame weight is 67g, the original was 62g. NEW! -------- I've added a file for braces that can be CNCed in carbon fiber. Check out http://www.cncmadness.com/home.html to get yours made. Video and build details ------------------- Flight: https://youtu.be/jRv8b3ZBLJo Build Details: https://rotorbuilds.com/build/21574 Canopies --------- There are multiple different canopies to choose from including a GoPro mount version. The included canopies are a remix of Maulous's canopy design "Flame". If you would like accessories from the original Exorcist frame, they can be found on their website for purchase here: https://www.diatone.us/collections/gt-x/products/diatone-gt-x549-exorcist-frame-kit-accessories Printing Details ----------------- If you are using an Ender 3 with a Micro Swiss, odds are that the hotend is not actually reaching 260c. I had to switch to an E3D V6 hotend to get NylonX to print at a proper 260c. (I estimate the Micro Swiss was actually about 240c).. You could try flashing Marlin with the temp limit removed, try something like 280c and see if the part is strong. My Ender 3 Pro upgrade list: http://a.co/isR49eY Infill: 100% Speed: 30-50mm/s Raft: Optional Supports: Yes Nozzle: .6mm Layer height: .2mm Wall Thickness: 5 layers for top, bottom and sides.
