Exocet Instrument Cluster
thingiverse
I whipped up a gauge pod in SketchUp to house the gauges for my Exomotive Exocet, replacing the original kit gauge pod that was taking up too much space. The new pod is smaller and fits neatly under the car's fresh windshield design. It's specifically designed to cradle a single 4.5" SpeedHut gauge (GPS speedometer/tachometer) and two 2 1/16th" gauges, with two 1/2" in holes for indicator lamps/switches - essential for hazard switch and alternator light functionality. My custom instrument cluster features a PerfectTuning CAN gauge that displays water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and air fuel ratio (or boost) in one of the 2 1/16th" gauge holes. The other 2 1/16th" gauge hole showcases the fuel level gauge. Unfortunately, I couldn't print this part on my own hardware, so I had to outsource it to someone else for a prototype. I'll share photos once it arrives.
