This project explores building a symbiotic machine around the human body, with a suit designed according to the user's proportions. It would be challenging to create a size-altering machine for every user while maintaining its imperviousness. The current progress includes full-body exoskeletal mechanical abilities and limitations, as well as working on mechanical details and gap coverage. Weaknesses include unshielded areas like the neck, wrist, thumb webbing, finger bends, abdominal cavity, and groin area. Improvements are underway to address these issues. The human body's versatile joint nature makes it challenging to build a protective plate mail system without sacrificing movement. The suit's metal alloy is Ti-6Al-2Sn-2Zr-2Mo-2Cr-0.25Si, heat treated and quenched hard for maximum strength and abrasive resistance. The total weight of the current suit is 474Kg.
