Exmark Petcock Handle
prusaprinters
Small handle to fit on the petcock valve of an Exmark mower. Should fit any petcock or shaft with a .125" / 3.2mm diameter. The handle was designed to be smaller than the shaft. Heat the shaft with a heatgun and press the handle onto it. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 24 Notes: 3 walls, 3 top, 3 bottom. Infill doesn't matter too much because of how small the handle is. It'll be almost 100% infill anyway. If using cura, fuzzy skin gives a nice texture for this. I used a support blocker so that fuzzy skin is not used on the inside of the handle. Since the handle is already slightly smaller than the shaft, this could cause it to not fit.
