I installed a rear light on my scooter (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01NADW8YW/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_Wc7rEbBAX8JW5).\r\n\r\nThe wire runs from the front lamp alongside the footboard under the footboard, through cable blocks and cable ties in a cable sleeve, and then through the guide in the shield plate out the middle hole on the back.\r\n\r\nThere's a recess for the wire in the holder at the back to conceal it behind the light.\r\n\r\nThe holder is exactly as wide as the original shield plate.\r\n\r\nYou can also install the original rear light, but it doesn't sit quite so well on the holder.
