Having not tested these modifications personally, I constructed a set for my vehicle with plans to install twin turbos on it. The measurements were adapted from a 2002 GMC Sierra (5.3L LM7), which likely applies to numerous other GM engines. Despite being untested, I anticipate that the T3 turbo flange will work effectively. Recently, I made some updates on 5/9/17; however, I have yet to try out these changes.
