Upgrade your 40mm fan system with an 80mm fan by creating an adapter. Start by printing a 40mm exhaust system from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33630). Then, print the necessary parts for the adapter at 10% infill, 0.27 layer height, and with two shells. Assemble the adapter using eight M5 screws, four M3 screws, and two M5 screws (if needed) to mount a support.
