There is a critical component located directly beneath the screw head that plays a crucial role in maintaining tension on the exhaust port for both the HF-500 and MM-1000 spindles. Due to the presence of a 3mm gap underneath this component, any excessive torque applied to the screw can cause it to flex and ultimately snap due to stress. This specially designed replacement spacer features an extended area that fills in the existing gap, effectively preventing any potential flexing and breakage issues from arising. Its design was carefully crafted using Solidworks software to ensure optimal performance.
