This adapter perfectly fits standard exhaust hoses for my trusty SH-K40 IV 40W Laser Cutter, addressing an issue I encountered with the original http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:57109 design that didn't quite cut it. Constructed from robust 3mm birch plywood, this customized solution ensures a seamless integration between the machine's side and my existing setup. For added stability on the machine side, a high-quality 5mm thick foam tape from 3M was carefully applied. Standard 100mm ducts can now be easily connected to the adapter on the opposite end. A versatile SVG file has been designed with three distinct layers, enabling users to print each component in sequence without any complications, even on a relatively compact 30x20cm laser cutter - and yes, I should know, as I have one of these awesome SH-K40 IV's!
