This is a simple clean print to turn a 120mm pc fan into an exhaust fan. It's sized for 1/2 inch dry wall but could be extended further if need be. The 2 parts press fit together so you need to ensure you tolerances are pretty good or you may have a very hard time getting it assembled. The screw holes are nonthreaded so standard pc fan screws bore into them perfectly.
