This bracket is specifically designed for a Makerbot Rep 2 and Sunon DP201A-2123HSL fan. To print, use 10% fill for the Sunon bracket file (Sunon bracket.stl) and 20% fill for the lugs file (4x lugs.stl). The Sunon fan has dimensions of 120x120x38mm, as per its specifications at http://www.sunon.com.tw/products/pdf/ACFAN/DP12038.pdf. Notably, this design accommodates M4 screws, but M3 screws are used due to availability, with clearance holes made for M3 size. The lugs, meanwhile, require 1/4" screws for attachment.
