I observed that the blower on my K40 had a significant gap between its squirrel cage and intake opening. As I ran tests, excessive blowby occurred, prompting me to design and print this filler piece to close the gap. The results are promising, with improved airflow seemingly evident, but unfortunately, without access to a flow bench, it's challenging to measure this improvement objectively.
