Exhaust + air filter for printer enclosure (FreeCAD, parametric)
prusaprinters

Exhaust with air filter for the printer enclosure I'm going to build. Until then it sits as air filter only on top of my i3.

Designed for 120 mm Noctua fan and to hold two or three layers of charcoal filter, up to 18 mm in total. The outer cover easily snaps on the base; no tools needed for changing the filters.

Some dimensions can be easily adjusted in FreeCAD, though you might have to redo fillets and chamfers (FreeCAD TNP sucks…).

Printed in PETG, 0.2mm

Abluft Basis.3mf looks a little odd in printables' 3D viewer because of the infill modifiers.
