Exhale Breath Exercise Aid Recently, some lung testing revealed that I needed to work on my lung capacity and exhale strengthening as age and the abuses of youth had taken their toll. I picked up a little three ball inhale trainer and started doing some inhale and exhale exercises but I needed to add some resistance to strengthen my expirations (exhales). I looked at some of the tools available for this and they ranged in price from 20 or so to the hundreds. I decided to see what I could whip up on Fusion and the pieces detailed are the result. There are multiple simple air exhale resistance pieces, each providing a different level of resistance. In order to disinfect the pieces, I use 70% Isopropyl alcohol mixed with water. A UV-C lamp could also be used to sterilize PLA parts by exposing them to ultraviolet radiation for about whatever time period is appropriate. I use these while doing my exhale exercise and they seem to help me, but I make no claims as appropriateness for any usage. If interested, they are here.
