EasyBreath exhalation valve for ventilator. A critical flaw exists in the ["isinnova" design](https://www.isinnova.it/easy-covid19-eng/): a direct short circuit between its air inlet and air outlet. Carbon dioxide exhaled by the patient remains near the mouth and nose, causing respiratory acidosis. To prevent this issue, I created an exhalation valve to connect to the ventilator's outlet. Due to the lack of 3D parameters for EasyBreath, I was unable to achieve a strict seal. Thick Vaseline must be applied before installation to ensure air sealing. Although I question the clinical use of 3D printed masks, this flaw cannot be tolerated and must be corrected.
