This is designed specifically to fit standard 25mm hole size filters for RZ masks and clones. A diaphragm cutout measures 19mm in width with a thickness of 0.2-1mm, featuring a 2mm center hole. The material used can be rubber or neoprene, among others. You can use the Cameo Silhouette to cut it out; a file is included for this purpose. To secure the diaphragm, heat-set the middle post. Note that the +2mm valve base is 2mm longer, accommodating thicker materials. If you prefer not to use the vent and diaphragm, the PLUG cap allows a filter to be secured without exhaust vent capability. A tool is provided to assist with installation.
