DIY Exhalation Valve / Breather Valve for Face Mask / Respirator. Assembled dimensions are 6x38mm. A 32mm hole must be drilled into the mask. The included pad can be printed at 0.1mm or made from a preferred material that is flexible and durable. A small screw is required to assemble both parts, allowing for later changes to the pad. If no screw is available, glue can be used; however, care must be taken to seal the center hole carefully. The outer part has a 2mm raised center to compensate for 2mm material (fabric or other). The center can be sanded down if extra height is not needed. Ensure the pad fits well and is secure when assembled. This design may be scaled up or down depending on specific needs.
