This is a versatile exercise machine for back muscles. My friend, who weighs 100kg, has successfully tested its endurance without any issues. The Pulley offers numerous options to challenge yourself, and the possibilities are only limited by your creativity. Try it out and you'll quickly understand what I mean. In this photo, I'm performing my favorite triceps exercise using the Pulley system. For handles, I used a design available on Thingiverse, specifically https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:597043. To assemble the Pulley, you'll need three M5x30 screws and matching nuts. It's also recommended to lubricate the wheel for smooth operation.
