Generic Cup Holder for Bike or Exercise Bike The smaller part, a clamp, opens up to 30mm in diameter and has slots designed specifically for zip ties. The larger component, the cup holder, starts with an internal diameter of 75mm that gradually tapers down to 65mm at its base. The wall at the bottom of the cup is intentionally thin, making it easy to cut out if needed to accommodate different cups. Despite being thin, this wall can securely hold a full water bottle without breaking in my experience. When printing, I recommend attaching the clamp on its side and the cup holder standing upright. Both parts require support due to overhanging areas where they fit together. In my experience, these attachment points hold securely without glue when using PETG material. However, adding glue can provide an even more secure connection if desired.
