I built this custom storage container because I was sick of searching everywhere for my watches. (I enjoy collecting them). This box can also be used to store precious gems or miscellaneous items like nuts and screws. For the transparent lid, I cut a 2 mm thick polyester sheet, bonding it to the MDF with two-component polyurethane adhesive. For the axis of the five hinges and two locks, I used M2 ISO cap head screws plus nuts. You'll undoubtedly discover many other uses for this fantastic box. Additionally, assembly was a breeze: it took me only one hour to complete. Enjoy!
