I created these specifically for use with the Resident Evil 2 board game, where they serve as markers to identify spawn table colors during setup. After encountering each room, you can remove the token. They're versatile and work well in other games as reminders or markers for objectives. Learning the basics of OpenSCAD was a key objective, and this design provided an ideal starting point. I wanted to explore its capabilities and this geometry proved to be a straightforward project. If you plan to use them in RE2, you'll need to print 20 tokens - 11 yellow, 6 orange, and 3 red - to cover all scenario map requirements. When printed without scaling adjustments, these markers should stand at 40mm tall on a base with a diameter of 20mm.
