This is a redesigned EAB utility blade. Motivation: I discovered that the original EAB printed in PLA had a locking mechanism prone to snapping off easily. Additionally, there was no way to flush mount the screw and retaining nut. Overview of changes: Redesigned the locking mechanism for PLA by moving it over and reinforcing the piece. Modified tolerances around the blade swivel for a 0.4mm hotend. Reduced size of pocket clip. Added inset holes for M3 screw and M3 nut. Chamfered the blade cover. Two Updates! 1) I added small tabs on the flipping part of the knife to make it easier to grasp. 2) I remodeled the locking mechanism with a metal insert instead. Although this means it no longer works right off the build plate, after using the original version for months, the plastic just didn't feel secure. The metal/plastic combination looks sleek and refined.
