Lower Body : The lower body I used from the latest Erdinger Excavator zip file was a bit too flimsy for my needs. All those holes at the bottom made it bend under load, so I filled them in completely. Also, the bottom wasn't flat, so I flattened it out. Stock Track Single : I took the original STL file from Erdinger and found that it had 16 tracks in it, but you need a total of 66 or 68 tracks for both sides, leaving many leftovers in the last batch. Some people may not know how to separate those individual shells, so I created this simple file with just one track shoe. Lower Big Boom V2 : I modified the design to fit bearings in the holes, using 4x8x3mm bearings that are common in hobby-grade R/C cars. (Use TRA7019 and M4 bolts) The connector arm that goes to the servo was drilled out to 4mm to fit a bolt at one end. Track Middle Wheels : I found that the friction on those wheels is pretty low, so I simply used an M3x40mm bolt in it - no bearings needed. So I filled up the inside and left a ~3.2mm hole in it. Arm2 Mod : I added two holes for 4x8x3mm bearings at the pivot with Arm1. I also added four holes for 3x6x2.5mm bearings at the bucket mount and pivot arms. (Use TRA7019 and DTXC1503) Thanks Erdinger for this free design! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:50110
